HIP TAGS AND NUMBERS…PART TWO
With each visit I grow a little wiser. Some English would like to believe everything you hear about the Amish or Mennonite cultures to be...
My name is Colleen (Bernaby) Saint Loup and my passion is horses. My career in horses started in MA in the Morgan horse industry. I have over 20 years horse experience. I have worked under many nationally recognized Morgan horse show trainers. I have had two seasons training on my own, managing a head of 40 horses, instructing all ages in riding/driving and competing at shows.
In the summer of 1990, I went back to school and gained my Associates of Science Degree in Graphic Design. I worked for a time, met my husband, had kids and was back in horses by 2006.
In August of 2011, we moved to Midlothian Texas for my husbands work. Here is where HorseFeathers Equine Facility, LLC is being launched.
In October of 2013, Morgan Safenet was founded.
I hope to utilize this Blog as a bigger voice and share my point of views and experiences to continue to help to promote our breed and provide a network, prevent the need for rescue through assisting owners, trainers, breeders, Amish and Mennonite communities. I hope to raise awareness, change minds, implement new ideas to help change the future of the Morgan breed.
